The 3-Day Rule: Any issues must be reported to us at contact@mohfinejewellery.com within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a replacement for damage or an incorrect item, we require a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment you begin opening the package for the first time. This ensures total transparency and helps us resolve your issue quickly.

Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be replaced once the tamper seal is broken unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven via the unboxing video.

No Returns: We do not accept returns of any kind at any cost once an order has been placed or delivered.
