Replacement Policy (3-Day Window)
At Moh, we maintain the highest standards of quality control. Please note that we offer a Replacement-Only policy under specific conditions:
- Eligible Situations: We provide replacements only if the product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered) or if the product arrives damaged.
- The 3-Day Rule: Any issues must be reported to us at contact@mohfinejewellery.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a replacement for damage or an incorrect item, we require a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment you begin opening the package for the first time. This ensures total transparency and helps us resolve your issue quickly.
- Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be replaced once the tamper seal is broken unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven via the unboxing video.
