7. Limitation of Liability
- Standard of Use: Mahalaxmi Jewels provides high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, but we are not liable for natural wear and tear, oxidation, or damage caused by improper care as outlined in our Jewellery Care Guide.
- No Indirect Damages: In no event shall the Firm be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Mahalaxmi Jewels for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item in question.
- Technical Errors: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for technical glitches that may occur during the checkout process.
8. Replacement and Quality Claims
- Policy: We follow a Replacement-Only policy for damaged or incorrect items.
- 3-Day Rule: Issues must be reported to contact@mohfinejewellery.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement claim.
